Terms of Use
Last updated July 26, 2026
1. What this is
The ARLO Portal (“the Portal”) is a private, internal business application operated by Kalinowski Enterprises and its affiliated companies (“we”, “us”). It is provided solely for our own business operations. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered or sold to the public, and no license to use it is granted to anyone outside our authorized personnel.
2. Who may use it
Use is limited to individuals we have invited and issued an account to (“authorized users”), for the purpose of performing work for our companies. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Certain areas, including financial records, are limited further to specifically designated users. Attempting to access areas you have not been granted is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
As an authorized user, you agree to:
- Use the Portal only for legitimate business purposes of our companies.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and report any suspected compromise promptly.
- Treat information in the Portal — financial, client, and employee information alike — as confidential, and not disclose it outside the company except as your role requires.
- Refrain from attempting to circumvent access controls, extract data in bulk for purposes outside your role, or interfere with the Portal’s operation.
4. QuickBooks connections
The Portal can connect to QuickBooks Online accounts belonging to our companies. Only an administrator of the relevant QuickBooks company may authorize a connection, and they do so through Intuit’s own sign-in — we never receive QuickBooks passwords. The Portal reads accounting information for reporting and does not write to, alter, or delete anything in QuickBooks. Any connection may be revoked at any time from within the Portal or from QuickBooks. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy of information
The Portal presents figures drawn from budgets, manual entry, and connected accounting systems. It is an internal reporting aid, not an accounting system of record, and its displays do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Official books and records remain authoritative.
6. Availability and changes
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for internal use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may modify or revoke access, at any time.
7. Termination
Access ends when your authorization ends — including when you leave the company or your role changes — or immediately upon misuse. On termination you must stop using the Portal and return or destroy any information exported from it, subject to any legal retention obligations.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
